This sprawling ranch compound takes design cues from Cape Dutch style architecture and connects the family to the landscape, reminiscent of the bushveld of South Africa. A meandering, narrow footprint ensures each room connects with the outdoors and Hill Country views beyond. The structures consist of a primary home, spa, armory, pool cabana and guest casitas. Estimated completion: 2027
